Paul Branscum, PhD, RD, is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He holds BS and MS degrees in nutrition and dietetics from the Ohio State University and a PhD degree in health promotion and education from the University of Cincinnati. His research is focused on predicting and changing obesogenic behaviors among children, parents, and young adults.
