Sewon Kim is associate professor of Management at State University of New York (SUNY) Empire State College. He received his PhD from Texas A&M University. He is a former recipient of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and currently serves as an associate editor of the Human Resource Development Quarterly journal. His research and teaching interests are coaching, global management and leadership, strategic talent management, organizational behavior and change, and research methods.
