Stefanie Doebler is a lecturer in Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology at the University of Liverpool. After completing her PhD in Social Change at the University of Manchester, she spent 2 years as a postdoctoral research fellow at Queen’s University Belfast. Her work on aging, health, and well-being uses statistical and survey research methods to examine effects of poverty and socio-economic inequalities on individuals’ prospects of healthy and successful aging.
