Zihao Zhang is a PhD candidate in Social Anthropology at the University of Sussex. His doctoral research, based on 16 months of ethnographic fieldwork, examines labour, masculinities, and infrastructure in the platform food-delivery work in China. His research interests include labour, gender, technology, and China’s gig economy.

Gry Olsen Ulrichsen is an associate professor at Queen Maud University College of Early Childhood Education (DMMH). She is currently teaching research methodology and didactics in arts education in the bachelor and master’s programs.
