Christian Bueger is Professor of International Relations at the University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on the practices of international governance, theories of practices, and the role of expertise in contemporary politics. In his research, he works with packages of practice theory, ethnographic methods with action research. His current projects study maritime security and the epistemic infrastructures of ocean governance. He is the author of International Practice Theory (with Frank Gadinger).
