As has come to be expected from this range of books, good clear presentation, plenty of referenced reading points and websites for further development. Bite sized chunks of learning and great supplement to the course.
This book is not detailed enough for the learners I am teaching on the certificate. I was hoping ere would be a more detailed analysis of theories to allow learners to synthesise and evaluate topics and thus apply the in their own teaching. There are some relevant basic principles which I may use in the teaching of the course.

As always Ann Gravells has produced reading to encompass the full range of teacher training qualifications and this book is recommended as a resource to enable the foundation learning to be explored.
This is an excellent book to support delivery of Education and Training and we have adopted it.
A very clear text, following the tried and tested format for other TAQA and E&D books. This allows the learner to research easily. The book contains a good mix of contemporary and traditional theory, as well as introducing new tools to the teacher.

I recommend this book; it is broken down in easily digestible sections. A useful book for learners during the course and to refer to as a reference book at a later date.
