Andre Blais Université de Montréal, Canada
André Blais is professor in the department of political science at the University of Montreal. He is a past president of the Canadian Political Science Association and past chair of the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES). His research interests are elections and voting, turnout, strategic voting, electoral systems, and public opinion. He has written 22 books, edited nine volumes, and published 234 articles.
