Guillermo Montes, PhD, is an economist with experience in evaluating programs and services for children in educational and medical settings. He is an expert in quantitative methodology and evaluation. He has published many studies using nationally representative surveys in a variety of journals. He is an associate professor of executive leadership in the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher College and a senior research associate at the Children’s Institute, a research center associated with the University of Rochester.
