Russell Clayton is an instructor in the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida where he teaches graduate courses on managerial communication and organizational behavior.

Dr. Clayton was awarded the 2020 Mid-Career Distinguished Educator Award by the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society.
